Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Grandview Heights, Ohio is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Efficiently manage inventory levels.
• Proficiently operate and oversee the Point of Sale (POS) system and bar/restaurant platforms.
• Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of simulators for optimal functionality.
Marketing/Sales:
• Foster positive customer relations by delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Coordinate events and promotions to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales.
• Skillfully upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue.
• Engage with the local community to build a loyal customer base.

Proven ability to instruct and improve golfers’ skills, catering to various skill levels.
Familiarity with the latest golf instruction techniques and technologies, such as video analysis and launch monitors.
The ideal candidate will be a PGA Member or Associate actively working towards their Class A membership.
Prior experience as an Assistant Professional with progressively responsible roles in operations, marketing, and golf course service delivery, including supervisory responsibilities.
Valid driver’s license.
Successful completion of a background check.

Compensation:
$12.00 – $40.00 per hour.
