Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Prosper, Texas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assists the Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day Golf Operations of the facility. The position is responsible to supervise and manage total golf operations in the absence of the Head Golf Professional.

Core Responsibilities:
• Promote an exceptional “golf experience,” and provide excellent services and programs to all patrons.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional in managing the facility in an efficient, high-quality, service-oriented manner.
• Oversee all daily operations of the facility including golf operations and golf merchandise concessions to drive revenue.
• Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges necessary, and facilitate proper controls.
• Develop and oversee the golf instruction and golfer development programs for all customer segments.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the staff to meet facility objectives.

Requirements:
Customer service experience.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Tee Sheet Experience.
