Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf Club in Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities of our PGA/PGM interns include, but are not limited to the following:

Bag Room duties:
• Preparing golfers for their round.
• Manage golf cars for daily play.
• Keep golf cars maintained to the highest degree.
• Set up golf bags for members on the tee sheet.
• Anticipate member needs.
• Organize and keep track of bags in storage.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area.

Practice Facility duties:
• Attend to all member and guest needs.
• Prepare the practice facility daily.
• Stock the practice facility.
• Maintain practice tee amenities and cleanliness.
• Clean clubs.
• Pick the driving range nightly.

Golf Shop duties:
• Take tee time reservations (EZ Links).
• Answer daily phone calls.
• Help members and guests locate merchandise.
• Sell merchandise through the POS system (Jonas).
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the Golf Shop.

Requirements:
Private club experience is preferred but not required.
High degree of professionalism and commitment to excellence.
Detail-oriented.
Willingness to work a combination of weekends and weekdays.
Works well with and respects team members.
Service and customer-focused attitude.
Maintain and promote a positive professional image.

Compensation:
$15.00 – $17.00 per hour.
