Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist in all phases of operations. They must work closely with the Director of Golf and other Management Personnel to successfully execute programs designed to increase total golf operations revenue. They must be available to work open, middle, and close shifts 7 days a week, 363 days per year (flexible schedule w/ 40-hour work week).

Essential Responsibilities:
• Outgoing, friendly personality, with attention to detail.
• Ability to independently coordinate and manage tournaments, leagues, play days, etc.
• Develop professional relationships with customers.
• Supervise F&B, perform maintenance of tables, chairs, lighting, etc. on an as needed basis in restaurant area.
• Assist in administering all daily operations including, but not limited to: facilitating sales, assisting with merchandising, operating POS system, managing GHIN handicaps and events, tee sheet applications/management, acts as ranger, starter and guest relations, supervise outside service staff (Volunteers), supervises Golf Cart Fleet operation.
• Performs other duties as required under the direction of the Director of Golf and/or other Mgmt. Personnel.
• Cultivates and maintains a positive working environment for customers and other employees.

Requirements:
An ideal candidate would already be enrolled in the PGA program.
They would have experience working in a golf shop or in outside services at a PGA recognized facility for at least 1-2 years.

Compensation:
$13.00 – $14.00 per hour.
