Outside Golf Services Director
Country Club in Worcester, Massachusetts is looking for an Outside Golf Services Director.

Position Overview:
Manage our historic caddie program and our Outside Service team comprised of 12-16 young men and women throughout the golfing season.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Schedule, Organize, and Carry Out 1014, 9Hole Caddie Training Sessions in the Spring with the support of the golf professionals and volunteer members.
• Recruit, Develop, Train, and Maintain, and elevate caddies throughout the season.
• Spearhead consistent communication with all of our caddies.
• Manage the Outside Service day-to-day experience for all members and guests.
• Enforce the policies and expectations laid out in the Outside Service Manual for all areas of the operation including the First Tee, Bag Room, Cart Barn, Bag Drop, & Driving Range.
• Coordinate the Caddie Banquet at the end of the season with support from the Professional Staff.
• Accurately track caddie attendance and performance.
• Schedule Outside Service Team Members ensuring.

Compensation:
$1,000.00 per week.
