Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Hales Corners, Wisconsin is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Previous assistants have been promoted to Head Golf Professional positions as well as other leadership positions after their time. With many golf courses in the county system there is definitely room for advancement. The individual applying for this position should be eager to assist in all aspects of golf operations including but not limited to:
• Exceptional Customer Service.
• Tee Sheet and Pace of Play Management (This is a very high volume fast paced environment).
• Merchandising (receiving, displaying, sales, strategies, and special orders).
• Cash Handling and Balancing Deposits.
• Tournament Operations (booking, set up, billing, scoring and all other aspects).
• Teaching as much as one is willing to take on (junior golf, group clinics and private lessons).
• Regripping.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong computer skills.
Fundamental supervisory practices and principles.
Ability and willingness to work weekends & holidays as demanded by business needs.
Desire to become a PGA member.

Compensation:
$14.00 – $16.00 per hour.
