Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Malvern, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The position requires an individual who possesses good communication skills as well as a desire to work hard. The position will involve instruction, club fitting, tournament operations, merchandising, junior golf program, club repair, and golf shop operations.

Essential Responsibilities
• Assist the Head Golf Professional with all daily golf operations.
• Daily operations include but are not limited to: opening and closing procedures, checking in members and guests through the Tee Sheet and POS system, assist with member/guest inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests
• Maintain a positive attitude and team mentality
• Provide individual and group golf instruction to members of all skill levels
• Assist with Tournament Operations including Men’s, Women’s, Mixed, and Junior events.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image while at Chester Valley and when off the premises.
• Assist in managing the club repair business
• Play golf weekly with membership.
• Be informed on and promote all club activities/services.
• Stay up to date on latest club technology, fitting equipment and teaching methods/technologies.

Requirements:
Candidate must be passionate about the game of golf.
Private Golf operations experience preferred.
College Degree and PGA Certification preferred.

Compensation:
$55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.
