Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Mundelein, Illinois is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional custom service to all members and guests.
• Perform individual lessons and club fittings to all members regardless of skill level.
• Administer an active men’s and ladies’ tournament program using Golf Genius software.
• Administer a large Junior Golf Program with the support of the Director of Golf, and other Assistant Golf Professionals.
• Assist the Merchandiser to created a positive shopping experience for all members and guests.
• Perform club repair in an efficient and timely manner.
• Utilize the point-of-sale system for golf operation transactions on a daily basis.
• Maintain a professional image both at and away from the club.
• Maintain an active classification in the PGA of America.

Requirements:
Private Club experience preferred.
PGA Member required.
Outgoing energetic personality.
Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must have the ability to be decisive and make good decisions.
Must be able to enforce all club rules without prejudice.
Willingness to work long hours and weekends.
Must have the desire to succeed and advance in this career.
