Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The position reports directly to the Senior Assistants, Golf Course Superintendent and Director of Grounds. Assistants are expected to help lead and manage all aspects of a large-scale grounds operation including mowing of greens, tees, fairways and roughs, bunker and hazard maintenance, tree care, aerification, divot filling, daily golf course setup, hand watering, equipment setup, shop maintenance, golf course construction projects and all other tasks involved in the daily upkeep of a private championship golf course. Be cross-trained in all facets of golf course maintenance and operations, including in-house construction projects. Work with the leadership team to maintain a culture that results in successful, career-oriented, professionals. Requirements:
The candidate must be a team player with a drive, passion, and positive attitude.
Certificate, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management or related field.
One year of golf course experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation:
$20 per hour.
