Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Lincoln, Nebraska is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Requirements:
Turf degree preferred.
Experience with the challenges of multiple grasses – Mid West climate.
Maintain and enhance the current environment stewardship programs.
Self-starter, Teacher, and Motivator.
Fluent in Spanish a plus.
Ability to build, manage and lead a team.
Strong Project Management skills.
Sound written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to source and hire team members as required.
Strong budgeting and financial management skills.

Compensation:
$85,000 – $110,000 per year.
