Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Resort in Telluride, Colorado is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The position provides support to the daily golf operations of the club and will assist teaching lessons and clinics, manage tournaments, open and close the Golf Shop, and display high-end customer service to members and guests.

Include the following and other duties as assigned:
• Participate in daily Golf Operations through management of tee sheet and retail, helping members and guests in booking tee times and club events, and assisting outside services.
• Support all aspects of tournament operations including: planning, set-up, member and guest communication, billing, handicapping, execution, and tournament breakdown.
• Maintain playing ability befitting a PGA Professional.
• Instruct members and guests on all aspects of the game of golf.
• Provide superior customer service to members and guests through one-on-oneinteractions and working closely with the Membership Services team.
• Support and adhere to Telluride Ski and Golf initiatives, policies, and procedures.

Must attend Telluride Ski and Golf Club training and orientations
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Bachelor’s degree or in-progress undergraduate degree preferred
One (1) to three (3) years related experience.
Computer Skills:
PGA/LPGA Class-A or Associate Member in good standing preferred.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.

An individual should have knowledge of:
Point of Sale System accounting software (such as EZ Links).
Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Golf Genius tournament software.

Compensation:
$22.00 – $24.00 per hour.
