Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Walpole, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide great day-to-day member service, exceeding members’ expectations
• Be a team player, be proactive on tasks and duties while communicating well with other team members and departments.
• Assist in all Men’s, Ladies, and Junior events and programs with preparation, organization and communication being main keys to success.
• Strive to be a “go-to” person for the membership.
• Be part of “team” environment that truly enjoys doing things for other people
• Assist in all areas in the golf operation including; inventory, cleanliness of the golf shop, opening and closing procedures, lessons, fittings etc.
• Follow the club’s Handbook and be a great ambassador within the Professional Golf Staff around New England.

Requirements:
3 years of high-level Golf Professional experience; private club experience preferred.
Class A PGA membership or working towards becoming a Class A member of the PGA
MembersFirst, Foretees and JONAS experience preferred.
Well-presentable person – neat and professional in appearance.
Experience with Golf Genius Tournament Software.
Excellent communicator with great office skills; written and verbal skills.
Enjoys playing the game of golf; with the members and competitively with New England.

Compensation:
$48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year.
