2nd Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Sheboygan, Wisconsin is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The position will help run day-to-day operations and will oversee all golf operations in the absence of the Head Golf Professional and 1st Assistant Golf Professional. To be successful in this role a candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills as well as a high attention to detail and operational standards. Additionally, the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays is vital. This position is ideal for someone looking to learn more about the golf industry.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests in accordance with club standards.
• Operate POS to check in golfers as well as take tee times.
• Supervise and train Outside Service staff as directed by Head Golf Professional.
• Ensure the Outside Service Staff are executing service and cleanliness standards.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional with event operations.
• Assist with golf clinics in accordance with club standards.
• Provide club fitting services in accordance with club standards.
• Club regripping and repair in accordance with club standards.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.

Requirements:
1-2 years of golf operations experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $20.00 per hour.
