Golf Shop Attendant
Golf Club in Arlington, Texas is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Ability to ensure cars are clean and fit for rent and pace of play is being maintained.
• Ability to assist Head Golf Professional with tournaments and special events.
• Ability to sell products and services offered by the facility and replenish stock as needed.
• Ability to balance cash register drawer.
• Ability to perform related duties as needed or directed such as opening and closing the clubhouse and ensure clubhouse and surrounding area is clean.
• Ability to respond to customers’ needs to ensure a pleasant experience and to provide optimal service.
• Ability to perform a variety of physical skills including, but not limited to seeing, carrying, kneeling, twisting body and standing.
• Ability to operate a motorized vehicle.
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment including, but not limited to telephone, calculator and personal computer.
• Ability to lift or exert forces equivalent to lifting up to 45 pounds; and push/pull 25 lbs. for 40 feet.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Requirements:
Ability to receive and record daily green fees, and annual tickets; sell golf equipment; rent golf carts; balance and prepare daily deposits of monies received.
Ability to operate a computerized point of sale system to include an electronic tee sheet function.
Ability to receive, coordinate and record tee time reservations and monitor play on golf course to ensure smooth play.
Ability to perform custodial tasks in and around the clubhouse including but not limited to vacuum cleaning, sweeping, mopping, window cleaning and dusting.
Ability to answer public relations questions regarding golf, the course and clubhouse operations.
Ability to manage and supervise staff to ensure all policy and procedures are being followed on assigned shifts.

Compensation:
$10.50 – $13.50 per hour.
