Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf Club in San Francisco, California is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
As an intern, you will be exposed to all aspects of golf course maintenance. You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best leaders in the industry. The intern will work alongside the Assistants and Superintendent in designing and completing projects and daily tasks. The management team takes great pride in keeping a light and fun working environment.

Potential Intern Duties:
All aspects of Golf Course Maintenance including but not limited to:
• Course prep and setup.
• Mowing of every playing surface.
• Application and Mixing of Fertilizers and Pesticides.
• Water Management, Hand Watering, Irrigation maintenance and Troubleshooting, Irrigation Upgrades and Improvements.
• High Involvement in course Projects and Improvements (drainage, tee restoration, Sod Projects).
• Equipment operation on all machinery.

Requirements:
Potential interns need to be currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate from an accredited university in turf management or agronomy.
Golf Course Maintenance experience is not required but preferred.
Possess a Great Attitude and willingness to learn and work hard.

Compensation:
$22 – $24 per hour.
Golfing privileges and tournament volunteer experience.
