Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Little Compton, Rhode Island is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The position will work closely with Golf Course Superintendent in all aspects of golf course management.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Application/Recording of chemical and fertilizer applications.
• Hand watering.
• Irrigation scheduling and repair.
• Crew supervision and leadership.
• Small project supervision, planning, and completion.
• Course set up.
• Heavy Equipment Operation.
• Versatile skillset, operating all equipment and able to perform all tasks on the golf course. Training someone on a task/piece of equipment without the knowledge themselves is unacceptable.

Requirements:
Preferred Certificate or Agronomy/Turf Management Degree but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of golf course experience required.
Character, self-motivation, being a team player, and drive to succeed within the turf industry succeed any golf course knowledge and/or experience.
Must be able to obtain Rhode Island Spray License.

Compensation:
$50,000 – $60,000 per year.
