Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Edmond, Oklahoma is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
About the Position:
• Come work in our newly renovated $20 million facility!
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the golf shop.
• Processing customers by ringing up green fees, carts, range balls, and selling pro shop merchandise and reserving tee times.
• Manage the volunteer marshal and starter program.
• Help organize and run all Men’s, Women’s, and Senior Men’s Golf Association events and all outside tournaments.
• Assist in all areas of golf shop inventory.
• Help maintain USGA GHIN Handicaps for customers.
• Preferred registered PGA Associate.
• 40-hour work week.
• The company will help pay for PGA schooling.

Requirements:
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education, plus 12 to 18 months related experience preferred and or, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Shifts range from Open-2, 7-3, 12-8, or 4-11:30pm and may vary slightly.
Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the City’s insurance carrier.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
