1st Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
As a member of the Staff, the First Assistant Golf Professional will assist the Director of Golf in all aspects of the golf operation including: day-to-day operational management, member and guest tournaments/events, group/individual instruction, merchandising, and some club repair. This individual will assist in supervising the golf operations staff to ensure the highest level of service to the members and their guests. Official Position Duration: March 15 – October 31. Date adjustments will be considered for Candidates with other seasonal position obligations.

Requirements:
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent service and member-focused attitude.
Exceptional communicator both verbally and written.
Ability to communicate and interact with members and guests and be friendly and outgoing at all times.
Must have professional presentation and strong customer service skills.
Must be capable of managing and training staff.
Possess valid state drivers’ license.
Must be able to withstand a range of outside weather conditions (heat/cold, rain/snow, etc.) including prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to bend at waist and perform repetitive hand, wrist and foot action.
Good hand/eye/foot coordination required.
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays.
Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or college degree.
PGA Associate Level 2 or 3 minimum.
Must have prior private club experience.
Compensation commensurate with experience.

Compensation:
$40,000.00 per year.
