Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Winona, Minnesota is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Professional’s main responsibility is to work closely with the Head Golf Professional in administering all golf operations in an effort to provide a memorable experience. The individual is expected to have the desire to become a Head Golf Professional and excel through the PGA Associate Program.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a team for the overall golf operation.
• Enforce all Club rules and policies to members and guests.
• Assist in managing and overseeing day-to-day golf operations which include:
• ForeUp online tee-time system.
• Fundraisers and Outings.
• Monitor the pace of play.
• Lessons.
• Golf Shop inventory and re-stock.
• Outside Operations.
• Assist with the execution the operation of all club tournaments and events.
• Includes but is not limited to: Men’s League, Women’s League, Season Long Events.
• Manage the details of the seasons golf calendar.
• Work closely with the Head Golf Professional on Fundraisers/Outing details and the execution of events.
• Instruct all members and guests on the fundamentals of the game in both private and group settings.
• Play golf with members and guests on a regular basis as time permits
• Contribute to receiving merchandise into the inventory system in a timely manner.
• Support the Golf Shop Merchandiser in the day-to-day operations of the merchandise.
• Assist the Golf Shop Merchandiser in the execution and follow-through of special order.

Compensation:
$15.00 – $17.00 per hour.
