Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Lansdowne, Virginia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional will work closely with the other members of the professional golf staff to provide top-of-the-line service to members and guests. They will be involved in all aspects of the golf operation which include, day-to-day operations, tournament operations, managing staff, merchandising, and much more. Working here will give you all the tools to excel in growing in the golf business.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional and other members of the professional staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations.
• Manage outside staff including hiring,supervising,and scheduling (Approximately 35 outside staff members).
• Preparation and management of club events and leagues.
• Assist in managing cart fleet of 140 golf carts.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee practice facilitities, locker room, and bag storage.
• Work closely with other departments.

Requirements:
PGA Member or Associate is preferred
Experience at private or semi-private facility preferred.
The ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings as business demands
Experienced computer user with proficiencies in Jonas, GHIN Management, and Golf Genius Software.
Positive and proactive supervisory, leadership, and management.
Outstanding customer service skills.

Compensation:
$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.
