Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Horsham, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The position will be responsible for assisting with the daily golf operations, including but not limited to customer service, merchandising, tournament operations, golf instruction, and staff management.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, greeting them and assisting with their needs.
• Manage tee sheet reservations, monitor pace of play, and maintain the course and cart fleet to ensure a smooth and enjoyable golf experience.
• Assist with merchandising, including ordering and inventory control, merchandising displays, and sales transactions.
• Coordinate and assist with golf events and tournaments, including member events, corporate outings, and charity events.
• Provide golf instruction to members and guests of all skill levels.
• Assist with the hiring, training, and supervision of golf operations staff.
• Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the golf shop, practice facility, and course.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in golf operations or related field.
PGA/LPGA Apprentice or Member preferred.
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact positively with members and guests.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Knowledge of golf instruction techniques and ability to give golf lessons to all skill levels.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
