Associate Golf Product Manager
Golf Company Brentwood, Tennessee is looking for an Associate Golf Product Manager.

Position Overview:
The position aids in the development and subsequent market launch of new items within the PrideSports business and Recreation Segment. Under the guidance of Product Managers, the APM will play a critical role throughout all phases of the product lifecycle and Stage Gate processes; including but not limited to insights gathering, sales, and market analysis, data maintenance and project management.

Duties:
• Works closely with Product Managers and interfaces regularly with Sourcing, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Participates in all phases of the product lifecycle and stage gate processes by assisting to collect, organize and present data, trends, product specs, market needs, strategies, and other critical information.
• Assist Product Managers in capitalizing on opportunities of improvement for on-time delivery, quality, costing, pricing and other.
• Support the use and maintenance of systems to ensure data integrity and that new product launches are seamless.
• Aid in conducting competitive and market research to help drive product direction and create competitive storytelling.
• Assist sales and customer service groups to help answer any product questions that may arise. Problem solve as necessary with guidance from product managers.
• Work on special projects, presentations, and reporting to support the Product Management team as needed.
• Under the guidance of Product Managers, liaise with marketing agencies to help manage projects such as new packaging development or sell-in material creation.

Works in a typical office environment and at times may travel up to 25% for business related meetings and events.

Requirements:
2-3 years experience in a broad range of functions including product/project management, marketing, sales, business and/or product development.
Understanding of the Sports and Outdoor Industry.
Golf knowledge required.
Ability to travel within the US and Internationally up to 25% of the time.
Demonstrates learning agility with desire to grow and develop.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change while managing multiple projects/deadlines.
A creative thinker with a challenge accepted mindset.
Ability to build credible, effective relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Proficient in using technology, Microsoft 365 proficiency strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University required, preferably in Marketing or Business.
