2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Plymouth, Massachusetts is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The position will work closely with the superintendent and assistant superintendent to deliver a high-quality product every day. We are always looking to strengthen the candidates’ skills and prepare them for advancement in the turfgrass industry.

Requirements:
A two or four-year degree in turf or a certificate in turf is a plus.
We are also willing to hire candidates with golf maintenance experience and assist them with a winter certificate program.
Two or three years of golf maintenance experience or landscape experience.
We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude that works well with others.
Someone who has a passion for the turf industry and a strong desire to learn.
Someone that is able to lead employees in the completion of on-course projects and also able to complete tasks on their own.

Compensation:
$22 – $23 per hour.
Year-round employment.
75/25 paid health benefits.
