Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Northeast Harbor, Maine is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist the Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day operations at the club. As an assistant, you will be expected to provide high-quality service in a friendly and understated approach.

Duties will be as following but not limited to:
• Ambassador for the club.
• Foster a warm and welcoming club atmosphere.
• Perform day to day operational standards including:
o Golf Shop Retail management with the assistance of the Head Golf Professional
o Tee sheet management.
o Practice facility.
o Golf cart fleet.
o Member Relations.
o Website management.
o Monitor pace of play.
• Provide private and group golf instruction to an active membership.
o Lead the Junior Golf Program.
o Lead Men’s and Ladies Instructional Programs.
o Assist in the development of new golfer experience and player retention.
• Assist with the management of the tournament experience.
• Playing golf with members and their guests.
• Continue personal and professional growth.
• Maintain good standing the PGA of America.

Compensation:
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
