Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Raleigh, North Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Along with all the traditional responsibilities, this professional will serve as an ambassador of the golf program and lead essential aspects of our platinum-level operation. Providing instructional and player development services will be an essential responsibility.

• Admin various Retail and Golf Shop elements.
• Player development | Coaching | Instruction.
• Support Tournament operations.
• On-Course play monitoring.
• Assist with Member Services operation and staff.
• Enhance Member Experience.
• Participate with Demo Day Fittings.

Requirements:
Respectful and confident leadership.
Outgoing and engaging communication skills.
Well-versed Instruction; Coaching competencies – Group and Individual.
Results-oriented business management.
IT literate with core computer platforms, POS, Tee Time management, and Golf Genius.
Primary character traits should consist of being highly motivated, dedicated to team success, participate in strategic planning, and aspire to be a notable Professional.
Properly groomed and dressed.

Compensation:
$70,000 per year.
