Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Greenwood, Indiana is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The position will assist the Head Golf Professional in all areas and management of the Golf Operation. This 12-month position will have a 5/6 day work week with ample time away from the club to ensure a work-life balance. You will have one weekend day off most weeks.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise all areas of the Golf Operation.
• Provide private golf instruction and club fitting experiences using Trackman.
• Support and assist in coaching Hickory Stick’s active junior golf program.
• Culminate a positive experience for all members and their guests while at the club.
• Assist other assistant golf professionals in merchandising, special orders, tournament set-up and execution.
• Training and development of outside stff, starters, and rangers.
• Implementing the calendar for the Men’s Golf Program.
• Conduct golf clinics and encourage new participants.
• Maintain regular communication with Membership and Club Staff in the form of newsletters and promotions regarding upcoming club events.

Requirements:
PGA Associate or PGM Graduate preferred.

Compensation:
$37,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year.
