Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Hunt Valley, Maryland is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Applicants will work closely with Superintendent on a daily basis. Experience and exposure will be gained in every aspect of golf course management. Normal duties include but are not limited to: mowing, routine course setup, bunker maintenance, fertilizer and chemical calibration/applications, hand watering, and helping to lead the crew on a daily basis.

Requirements:
2 or 4 year degree in Turfgrass or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience working on a golf course. Prefer previous experience as either Assistant-in-training or 2nd Assistant.
Must have or be able to obtain a MD pesticide license within 90 days of employment. Must have a strong work ethic with a whatever it takes attitude.
Desire to learn/excel in this industry, willing to work extended hours when needed, and be a team player.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $65,000 per year.
