Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Midlothian, Virginia is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Director of Golf and Grounds, Course Superintendent, and other managers to ensure member expectations are met daily. The individual will be expected to contribute to planning, executing projects, budgeting, implementing cultural practices, moisture management, pesticide applications, and managing staff.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license is required.
Current pesticide applicator’s license or ability to obtain within 90 days required.
A degree is preferred but not required.
Will consider recent graduates.
2 years experience ideally in the transition zone.

Compensation:
$45,000 – $60,000 per year.
Minimum of two days off a week and encouraged vacation in season.
