Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Lexington, Massachusetts is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The job is hands-on, and you will be in charge of maintaining all outdoor space. You have only one Supervisor to report to.

Requirements:
High School Diploma.
Certificate in Turf grass/Agronomy preferred.
Prefer Certification by GCSAA.
Must have or attain Mass. Pesticides License.
3-5 years experience working in the golf business as a superintendent or assistant superintendent at a quality facility.
Ability to manage budgets, fertilizer and pesticide programs, analyze turf-grass conditions, and irrigation maintenance.
Mechanical skills are a plus with the equipment fleet.
You must live within a 45-minute commute.
You must have strong communication skills.
Ability to work with and run a team of employees.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000 per year.
