Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Cave Creek, Arizona is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional is responsible and accountable for the daily operations of the golf shop staff, guest service staff and coordinates with the Head Golf Professional to provide an exceptional golf experience in line with our way. This includes development and management of golf team members, maximizing the tee sheet, merchandising, building golf programs and increasing rounds sold.

Requirements:
Positive and proactive supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills. Ability to support company decisions and to always communicate to team members from the company perspective.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
General knowledge of ordering/purchasing and inventory control.
Ability to multi-task while remaining focused on the key objectives of the position.
Proficient in computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs, e-mail, Internet and tee sheet systems.
Must be comfortable and willing to “roll up sleeves” and lead by positive example.
Must be willing to grow and be challenged.
Possess the ability to work within established guidelines and standards ensuring brand consistency.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Class A-8 PGA Membership preferred.
Ability to work weekends and holidays, mornings and evenings as business demands.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $19.00 per hour.
