Golf Shop Assistant
Country Club in Santa Barbara, California is looking for a Golf Shop Assistant.

Position Overview:
The Golf Shop Assistant/Entry-Level PGA Professional is responsible for the daily operations of the Golf Shop and assists the golf professionals and outside services staff as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Greet all members/guests and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the golf shop.
• Answer phones, make tee times, take messages, and follow up if necessary.
• Be knowledgeable about all functions of the golf shop, such as tee times, counter operations, tournaments, merchandise, etc.
• Assist with merchandising (fixing displays, receiving merchandise, inventory, etc.).
• Be an expert on Golf Shop merchandise.
• Be knowledgeable of club rules (i.e. guests, carts, times of play, dress code).

Requirements:
Previous experience at a private golf club/golf shop preferred.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $24.00 per hour.
