Assistant Golf Professional
Country club in Thompson, Connecticut is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Head Professional the Assistant Professional will assist in management of day-to-day operations of the club including, but not limited to:
• Consistently providing first-rate member service.
• Managing daily golf shop opening and closing procedures, including reconciliation of revenues.
• Managing a busy first tee.
• Monitoring pace of play.
• Design, implementation, & execution of a polished and professional tournament program.
• Design, implementation, & execution of formal instructional & player development programming.
• General merchandising.
• Club repair.

Requirements:
Thorough understanding of Golf Operations.
Knowledge of Handicapping and Tournament Operations.
Proficient use of Point of Sale, Tournament, and Microsoft Office software.
Private & Clinic Instruction.
Equipment Sales and Custom Club Fitting.

Compensation:
$16,000.00 – $22,400.00 per year.
