Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Lansdowne, Virginia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
As a member of the Golf Management Team, the Assistant Golf Professional assists the Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the golf operation; outside staff, tee times, course play, tournaments and outings. The Assistant must be able to provide highly efficient and superior customer service, supervise and train the outside service staff.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Managing day to day operations.
• Event preparation and management of club events / outings prior to and day of events.
• Supervise the outside staff team.
• Managing golf cart rotation, servicing and management of entire fleet.
• Manage the member bag room.
• Manage the men’s and ladies locker room.
• Assist Head Golf Professional with new member on boarding.
• Provide phenomenal customer service to all members, resort guests, vendors, and fellow staff in a professional manner.
• Enforce the facilities rules and regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Have attention to detail.

Requirements:
Any Golf experience.
Positive and proactive supervisory, leadership, and management.
Ability to support Director of Club Operations / Head Professional with superior communication skills and facility wide perspective to all staff in a positive constructive manner.
The ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings as business demands.
Self-motivated with a service and customer focused attitude.

Compensation:
$17.00 per hour.
