Assistant Golf Professional
Golf club in Castle Rock, Colorado is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Head Golf Professional and fellow Assistant Professionals to ensure all operational goals and member and guest satisfaction is met.
• Provide excellent customer service while exceeding all member and guest expectations.
• Assist with junior golf program.
• Lesson & clinic opportunities.
• Assist with the management of the outside service personnel.
• Assist in merchandise operations, duties include display, promotion, sales of merchandise and inventory control.
• Be informed on and promote all Club activities and services.
• Assist in the coordination of and managing tournaments and outings.
• Enforce all Club rules and regulations governing golf course/Club usage.
• Manage tee sheet, monitor and enforce the Club’s pace of play policies.
• Assist in the publication of informational and promotional materials.
• Use GolfGenius Tournament Software to create tournament materials and score events.
• Able to provide custom club fitting for members and guests.
• Serve as an ambassador, the PGA of America and the game of golf in the community.

Requirements:
PGA Member/Apprentice in good standing.
Sound interpersonal skills and a team first mentality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proactive and resourceful.
Highly motivated and strong desire to learn, continuing professional advancement.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to function and develop in a team setting.

Compensation:
$14.00 – $18.00 per hour.
