1st Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in St. Louis, Missouri is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist Head Professional in overall management of Golf Operation.
• Manage Golf Operation in the absence of the Head Professional.
• Oversee Assistant Professionals under direction of Head Professional.
• Assist in management and scheduling of Outside Service Staff.
• Order and Manage all Hard Good Inventory.
• Hard Good Special Orders.
• Scheduling of all Demo and Fitting Opportunities.
• General Golf Shop Duties.
• Facilitate all Senior Golf Association Events.
• Facilitate Men’s League.
• Head of PGA Junior League Team.
• Junior Golf.
• Private Instruction.
• Club Fitting.
• Perform General Club Repair.

Requirements:
Head Professional or Lead Assistant in Private Club Industry is preferred but not required.
Candidate must posses excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
$41,000.00 – $46,000.00 per year.
