Assistant Golf Professional
Country club in Chesterfield, Missouri is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with a desire to learn and grow as a Professional. Assistant Professionals will provide a gracious, welcoming environment for members, their guests, and their families by attending to the details of the operation, strong interpersonal skills, and contributing new ideas to elevate the member experience.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding hospitality and member service.
• Drive merchandise sales through superior Customer Service standards.
• Assist in receiving, processing, and displaying merchandise.
• Facilitate Special Orders as needed.
• Assists members by providing and interpreting golf policies, rules and regulations.
• Provides golf lessons to members and guests at acceptable times based on daily activity.
• Manages the daily opening and closing of golf operations.
• Organize and execute Member tournaments and special events.
• Coordinates junior golf program and other junior golf activities.
• Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Head Professional.

Requirements:
College degree preferred with a bachelor’s degree in a business-related major or Sports Management.
Three years of work experience as an Assistant Golf Professional at a private club.
Holds Class A Certification or is a Level 3 associate through the PGA of America.

Compensation:
$32,000.00 – $35,000.00 per year.
