Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Gainesville, Virginia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional will help lead the Golf Staff in providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests. Displaying a professional and friendly demeanor on a daily basis is essential for success in this position.

Duties:
• Assist the Head Golf Professional in managing all golf related activities at the club.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Assist in all aspects of Tournament Operations.
• Provide quality golf instruction through individual lessons and group clinics.
• Supervise part time staff and prepare work schedules.
• Work closely with Marshals and Starters to promote proper pace of play, care of the course, and adherence of Club rules.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory controls in the Golf Shop.
• Provide club repair services to members and guests.

Requirements:
Experience required.
PGA Member or Apprentice preferred.
College or PGM degree preferred but not required.
Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
$34,000.00 per hour.
