Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Cottage Grove, Minnesota is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional will be involved in the daily operations at the club. Both opening the daily operation and closing down the operations will be part of your weekly routine. This is a hourly position and will require 40 hours a week during peak season.

The responsibilities for this roll will include, but are not limited to:
• Create a welcoming environment, while greeting customers and providing exceptional service on a daily basis.
• Coordinate and lead leagues and tournaments.
• Manage golf shop operations such as: POS, Tee Sheet Management, Merchandise Sales, and any customer requests.
• Conduct and promote Junior Lessons, Ladies Lessons and Adult camps to help grow our customer base.
• Plan, promote and execute a Junior League and tournaments.
• Monitor player development and promote continued learning and competition.
• Influence beginners to learn and enjoy the game in both competitive and non-competitive ways.
• Handle all communications via phone, email, and writing, in a timely and effective manner.
• Promote and provide the PGA Experience to all customers and their guests.
• Influence the Growth of the Game by being active in teaching beginners and providing a welcoming experience to the facility.
• Maintain dress code and personal conduct at all times.

Requirements:
Prior experience 2 seasons.

Compensation:
$1,000.00 – $1,500.00 per week.
