Assistant Golf Professional
Country club in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Job Description:
• Work with the Director of Golf in preparation for the 2020 United States Senior Amateur Championship.
• Manage, lead and responsible for the successful execution of the entire Women’s Golf Program, including, but not limited to, major events, Women’s Thursdays, Women’s Golf Portal and communication.
• Assist in managing a large Jr. Golf Program (200 juniors), Women’s Clinics and Men’s Clinics alongside the Director of Instruction.
• Provide golf instruction and clinics that are consistent with instructional methods and procedures.
• Work with the Director of Golf Services to ensure the standards, policies and procedures are accomplished daily.
• Assist in the retail operation and maintain accurate records including, but not limited to, incoming inventory procedures, inventory counts, variance reports, and special orders.
• Communicate at the highest level with all departments within the club, especially with the Greens and Grounds Department.
• Portray a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward members and guests ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image.
• Be informed on, and promote all club activities and services.

Requirements:
1 year of experience.

Compensation:
$12.00 – $14.00 per hour.
