Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Pleasanton, California is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The Assistant is responsible for managing the maintenance staff, fertilizer/pesticide application, irrigation system maintenance, and general maintenance of the golf course and clubhouse surrounds. The Assistant must be self-motivated with the ability to troubleshoot potential problems and keep accurate/detailed records.

Requirements:
2-4 year Turfgrass Management Degree or related field is preferred but not required.
Posses or have the ability to obtain a California QAL pesticide license within 6 months of employment.
Minimum 2 years of progressive golf course maintenance experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Spanish speaking skills a plus.
Familiarity with Toro Site Pro irrigation system a plus.

Compensation:
$58,000 per year.
