Assistant Golf Professional
Golf club in Holliston, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional will play an active role in the overall operation of the golf shop as well as outside operations including the driving range, cart fleet operations, pace of play, and enforcing rules and guidelines as needed. The role of this position will create a positive experience for each customer providing excellent customer service while setting the example with the employees making sure each customer has a positive golfing experience. The individual will ensure proper staffing is in place and be able to self-direct and work in a team environment. Above average computer skills are needed using our online tee sheet management and POS system. A detailed-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a busy and fast-paced environment throughout the height of the golf season is needed.

Requirements:
Knowledge of recreational operations and/or business management.
Ability to establish working relationships and supervise others.
Create a customer-friendly atmosphere that is focused on customer service.
Minimum of 1 year(s) experience in the business of golf.

Compensation:
$650.00 – $750.00 per week.
