Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Falmouth, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Assistant Responsibilities:
• Daily planning, management, and supervision of the golf course maintenance crew.
• Performing pesticide and fertilizer applications.
• Moisture management and irrigation repair.
• Training new employees as needed.
• Will work closely with Superintendent on all renovation projects.

Requirements:
Turf management degree or certificate is preferred but not required.
MA Pesticide applicators license or able to obtain one within 90 days.
Previous golf course maintenance experience.
Knowledge of basic agronomy.
Ability to perform all aspects of golf course maintenance as needed.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
