Summer Golf Course Intern
Country Club in River Grove, Illinois is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
The right individual will be a core member of our team and have many opportunities to to advance their career and education in the turf management industry. The internship will give the individual a look at every facet of maintaining a golf course at the highest level.

Interns will be given detailed training on several key areas of golf course management but not limited to:
• Chemical and fertilizer calibration.
• Application of chemicals and fertilizers.
• Boom spray and spray hawk.
• Water management practices.
• Hand watering.
• Irrigation troubleshooting and repair.
• Agronomic philosophy.
• Cultural practices.

Requirements:
Good work ethic, positive attitude, and goal-oriented are some of the attributes the right candidate will possess.

Compensation:
$14.00 per hour.
Free housing, golfing privileges, pro shop discount, and uniforms.
