Outside Golf Operations Attendant
Golf Club in Naples, Florida is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Attendant.

Position Overview:
Control and care for all member and guest golf bags, golf carts and practice facilities. Respond immediately for bag drops, retrieves bags, welcomes and directs all members and guests with a professional and positive disposition at all times.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Brings carts from cart barn to cart staging area outside golf shop; checks carts for tire pressure, brake operation and other safety concerns.
• Loads bags from bag storage room or cars onto golf carts.
• Transports range balls to driving range and fills appropriate containers.
• Places baskets of balls at evenly spaced intervals on range.
• Operates ball picker on range to retrieve balls.
• Washes all range balls daily.
• Removes bags from carts and returns bags to assigned rack in bag storage room.
• Returns carts to cart barn; removes towels, pencils, score cards, tees, garbage, etc., from carts and saves reusable items; checks carts for abuse; washes cart; parks cart in cart barn and connects charger cable.
• Advises golf shop of lost and found clubs.
• Cleans all clubs for members and guests; cleans and maintains the club’s rental equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of and order in bag storage room.
• Attends staff meetings
• Makes sure the cart barn area is clean, neat and orderly at all times while ensuring the security of the carts and bags that are stored.
• Washes & folds towels.
• Fills cups and lids as necessary by golf shop and driving range.
• Locks and secure all doors of the cart barn when leaving for the night.
• Any other function as requested by the employee’s supervisor that is within the course and scope of the employee’s job description.

Requirements:
Must be available to work weekends.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run.
Must be able to balance and work safely at heights.
Must be able to smile, engage, and communicate with members and guests.
General golf knowledge.

Compensation:
$9.00 – $20.00 per hour.
