Head Golf Professional
Golf Links facility in Candia, New Hampshire is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The ideal Candidate will have a passion for tournament operations. The candidate will also demonstrate the ability to effectively manage pro-shop & outside operation expenses. The Head Professional will report to the Director of Golf and will be responsible for many aspects of the Golf Operations.

Key Areas of Responsibilities include:
• Oversee the reservation system, starting, monitoring, and pace of play.
• Develop and manage the tournament program, group outings, and leagues.
• Manage & promote “Candia-Oaks” Membership programs.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate and supervise all golf department staff.
• Assist in Candia Woods social media platforms and promotional materials.
• The operational performance of the golf shop & outside service staff.
• Track and forecast weekly: Golf Operations labor, expenses, and round count.
• Tee Sheet yield management.
• Communicate with all department heads to achieve the goals of the facility.

Requirements:
Maintain Class-A status, in good standing.
Knowledge of the rules of golf, golf facility operations, and tournament operations.
A good teacher, with a desire to learn new techniques and grow programs.
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated with a desire to promote and market.
Service and customer-focused attitude.
Experienced in written and oral business communications.
Experienced computer user including; Microsoft programs and USGA platforms.
Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community.

Compensation:
$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
