Director of Golf
Country club in West Palm Beach, Florida is looking for a Director of Golf.
Position Overview:
The Director of Golf will oversee the performance of all golf operations and services. The position will promote an exceptional “golf experience” and provide excellent services and programs for all members, guests and their families.
Requirements:
2 years minimum experience in the role of Director of Golf.
Successful history of leading a progressive team, delivering an exceptional experience; including merchandising, club tournaments, golf outings, lesson programs, and staff management and development.
PGA Member in good standing required.
Preferred: College degree from a 4-year college.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Understanding of course administration and operation practices and procedures.
