Summer Golf Course Intern
Country Club in Spring Lake, Michigan is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.
Position Overview:
Working closely with the Superintendent and Assistants, interns will be exposed to all aspects of our maintenance program including but not limited to course setup, mowing (walking and riding), irrigation operation and repair, chemical and fertilizer calibration and applications, crew management, and various small projects. Interns will also have the chance to volunteer at tournaments in the area as well.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in 2 or 4 year Turf/Agronomy related field.
Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
$13 per hour.
Housing, golf privileges, and staff uniforms.
