Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The Superintendent will work directly with the Golf Course Superintendent Team and the Owners of the course. Main duties will encompass all facets of maintaining a championship level golf course from pesticide and fertilizer applications, water management, irrigation, course setup, and much more. As well as oversee personnel management and evaluation, employee safety, and disciplinary actions of 10-15 employees. Will be responsible for budgeting, creating and adapting the daily work schedule on a daily/weekly basis, and mechanical work. Will be involved in all planning and execution of future renovations.

Requirements:
Graduate from a 2 or 4 year turf program/ Turfgrass Certificate and must have a MN Pesticide Applicators License.
5 years of golf course experience.
Must possess a strong organizational and work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive with a keen eye to detail.
