Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Superintendent will work directly with the Golf Course Superintendent team. Will assist in personnel management and evaluation, employee safety, and disciplinary actions. Duties will encompass all facets of maintaining a championship level golf course from pesticide and fertilizer applications, water management, irrigation, course setup, and much more. Will be directly involved in the supervision of 10-15 employees, budgeting, creating and adapting the daily work schedule on a daily/weekly basis, and mechanical work. Wildflower is seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about the golf industry and desire to become a superintendent. Additionally, assistants will have the opportunity to gain experience in planning and execution of future renovations.

Requirements:
Graduate from a 2 or 4 year turf program/ Turfgrass Certificate and must be able to obtain MN Pesticide Applicators License (preferably prior to start date or within 30 days of starting).
2 years of golf course experience.
Must possess a strong organizational and work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive with a keen eye to detail.
