Golf Shop Attendant
Country Club in Venice, Florida is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assisting members with the booking of tee times and registration for Club events.
• Daily billing of golf events or daily member play on POS system.
• Assisting members with issues on their monthly statements.
• Answering the phone or servicing the members in Pro-Shop daily with their questions or needs.
• Promoting club leagues and events to members on the phone and in the Pro-Shop.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures when necessary.
• Assist with the displaying and selling of Pro-Shop merchandise.
• Communicating with outside operations employees on daily updates and changes to tee times or member needs.
• Other tasks given by Director of Golf or Head Golf Professional.

Requirements:
Knowledge of the game of golf or experience in the golf industry are preferred but not necessary.
Skills with Microsoft office, POS systems, and tee time booking programs are also preferred.
Customer service experience both in person and on the phone are required for this position.

Compensation:
$10.00 – $12.00 per hour.
